Jerusalem – In early March 2026, a grant project aimed at rehabilitating six museums and storage facilities belonging to the Palestinian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities was successfully completed. The project covered sites in Ramallah and Al-Bireh, Beit Sahour, the town of Dura, Sebastia, and the city of Jerusalem.

Jerusalem - The fifth and final package of the STEM laboratories development project is expected to be completed during March as part of the broader initiative to enhance the educational environment at Al-Ummah School and Riyad Al-Aqsa School.

Jerusalem - Civil works for the rehabilitation project of the specialized clinics at Al-Makassed Hospital in Jerusalem are expected to be completed soon. The project was launched by the Old Cities Revitalization Program at Taawon (Welfare Association) in April 2025, with funding from the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies.

Jenin - In early February, the Old Cities Revitalization Program at Taawon (Welfare Association) launched the first phase of the restoration project of the Jenin Municipal Library building.

Jerusalem - On 21 January 2026, the Old Cities Revitalization Program at Taawon (Welfare Association) began the restoration and rehabilitation works of the Palestine Red Crescent clinics building in the Bab Hutta area, located within the Old City of Jerusalem, just a few meters from Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Old Cities Jerusalem, Revitalization Programme (OCJRP)-Taawon has completed two specialized training courses as part of the "Quality Urban Development and Sustainable Interventions – Rehabilitation for Revitalization" (QUDSI-R4R) project, which is funded by the European Union, managed by UN-Habitat, and partly implemented by Taawon/OCJRP.
