Jerusalem - Civil works for the rehabilitation project of the specialized clinics at Al-Makassed Hospital in Jerusalem are expected to be completed soon. The project was launched by the Old Cities Revitalization Program at Taawon (Welfare Association) in April 2025, with funding from the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies.
The project included comprehensive rehabilitation works within the building’s interior spaces to accommodate specialized clinics focusing on maternal and child health. The works comprised plastering, tiling, mechanical installations, and internal partitioning, in addition to the installation of low-voltage systems, all implemented in accordance with the hospital’s operational requirements.
This project comes within the broader efforts of Taawon to improve the quality of healthcare services and enhance the efficiency of the medical environment, in support of the health sector in Jerusalem and the development of its vital facilities.
